- If you have development work that needs to happen inside of your client's existing WordPress website, send us the WP Admin login link, along with the admin username and password (full access is required here and in some cases access to hosting).
- If you have development work that needs to happen inside of your client's Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, Shopify, or Webflow accounts, send us the login link, along with username and password.
- If you have development work that needs to happen inside your Blitzen account, we have access to everything we need; please proceed in completing your onboarding document.
We may need access to your client's domain name depending on the task you send us. Your project manager will work with you on any additional information we may require to complete some of your service requirements.

After you pay for this service and complete the onboarding document, your project manager will confirm receipt of your request through a support ticket. A subsequent Zoom meeting will be scheduled to review project objectives for each month.
Simply communicate your revisions to your project manager by sending us a support ticket or by scheduling a call. All support hours will be deducted from your monthly support hours.
